Individual and Small Group Skill Work for Boys and Girls

Individual and small group training is the fastest way that players can improve in the sport of lacrosse. Instruction work with Coach Towers has helped hundreds of players at all levels (Youth, HS, College) improve their game through individual and small group training sessions. He will work closely with each player and parent to develop and implement training programs that provide tangible results for boys and girls regardless of their current level of play.Players can work alone or with friends and siblings. Stick handling,shooting, dodging/defending, face-offs (boys only) are some of the elements of focus during these sessions. All sessions last for one hour and will be conducted at mutually convenient times and locations.
